Job summary

Gini Talent Inc. is seeking a Senior .NET Developer to join one of our international projects remotely. You will design and build scalable applications using C#/.NET, Azure, and the Blazor framework.

You will participate in requirements gathering, architecture, and API design, with emphasis on secure, observable cloud-native systems and AI-assisted development tools.

Excellent English communication and ownership are required as you collaborate with stakeholders across borders.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET.
• Experience with Blazor.
• Strong knowledge of software engineering fundamentals and system design.
• Experience designing and developing REST APIs.
• Solid understanding of testing, security, and cloud architecture.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with CI/CD, observability, IaC, and production operations.
• Experience using AI development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows including debugging and refactoring, automated test generation, and code reviews.
• Experience building or contributing to AI-powered applications, including LLM integrations, AI agents, RAG, MCP, evaluations, and guardrails.

We are seeking an experienced software engineer with a strong background in C#/.NET, Microsoft Azure, system design, and modern AI-assisted software development. This role requires not only strong technical expertise, but also excellent engineering judgment, ownership, and communication skills.
