Job summary

Akaasa Technologies is seeking a .NET AI Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud-native applications. You will build AI-powered solutions using Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and Azure services while leveraging .NET, React, and modern DevOps practices.

You will work remotely with occasional client-site requirements for ID verification, collaborate with data scientists, platform engineers, and product teams, and contribute to AI-powered modernization and automation initiatives across

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-stack development with .NET/C# and modern web frameworks.
• Strong experience with .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, ReactJS, REST APIs, GraphQL, and microservices.
• Hands-on with Azure, Kubernetes, Azure SQL/SQL Server, CI/CD, Git, and DevOps.
• Experience building AI-powered apps using Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and RAG.
• Familiar with Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Services and Python AI/ML workflows.
• Knowledge of MLOps, model deployment, monitoring and lifecycle management.

.NET AI Engineer

Location: Remote (San Francisco, CA; Arlington, VA; Denver, CO; Chicago, IL; Boston, MA; New York, NY; Houston, TX; Miami, FL; Los Angeles, CA; Seattle, WA; Dallas, TX; Minneapolis, MN; Birmingham, MI; Atlanta, GA; or Irvine, CA)

Overview

We are seeking a .NET AI Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud-native applications while building AI-powered solutions using Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and modern Azure services. This role combines full-stack .NET development with AI/ML expertise to support application modernization and intelligent automation.

Requirements

• 6+ years of full-stack development experience with .NET/C#
• Strong experience with .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, ReactJS, REST APIs, GraphQL, and Microservices
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Kubernetes, Azure SQL/SQL Server, CI/CD, Git, and DevOps
• Experience building AI-powered applications using Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and RAG
• Experience with Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Services
• Strong knowledge of Python and AI/ML frameworks
• Experience with MLOps, model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, Codex, Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or similar
• Knowledge of machine learning lifecycle, training, inference, and production deployment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Azure OpenAI, MLflow, NLP, and deep learning
• Healthcare domain experience is a plus
• Knowledge of AI governance and Responsible AI frameworks
• Experience with vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, and advanced RAG architectures
