Job summary

PETADATA is seeking an experienced Senior .NET Developer with 10+ years of hands‑on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise‑grade applications. The ideal candidate is technically strong, comfortable making architectural decisions, and capable of mentoring junior developers while working closely with cross‑functional teams.

We offer a remote role with a focus on end‑to‑end development, RESTful services, and scalable microservices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of professional experience in .NET development.
• Proven expertise with C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and Web API.
• Strong SQL Server and database design experience.
• Experience with ORM tools like Entity Framework or Dapper.
• Solid grasp of OOP, SOLID, and design patterns.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JS frameworks.
• Experience building microservices and cloud deployments (Azure preferred).
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, and DevOps practices.
• Ability to design, review, and mentor teams on best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable applications using .NET Framework / .NET Core / .NET 6+.
• Lead end-to-end development of enterprise and web-based applications.
• Participate in architecture and design discussions, offering technical leadership.
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs / Web Services.
• Optimize performance, security, and scalability of applications.

• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, QA, and DevOps teams.
• Perform code reviews and mentor junior/mid-level developers.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and implement long-term solutions.
