Job summary

Cognizant in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Senior .NET Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and deliver cloud-native apps, scalable APIs, and responsive UIs using .NET, Angular, and AWS. You will collaborate with architects, product owners, business stakeholders, UX teams, and cross-functional delivery teams.

The role requires strong experience with .NET Core, C#, Angular 17, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, and AWS; you will work onsite in Charlotte, with a focus on

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong hands-on experience with .NET Core (.NET 8+) and C# 12+.
• Proven experience building scalable REST APIs, microservices, and distributed applications using clean architecture principles.
• Expertise in SQL Server, PostgreSQL, data modeling, query optimization, performance tuning, and database development.
• Strong front-end development experience with Angular 17, including RxJS, reactive forms, and NgRx.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services, including Lambda, ECS, and EKS.
• Experience with Docker containers, Kubernetes, and cloud-native application deployments.
• Knowledge of Kafka, event-driven architecture, and asynchronous messaging patterns.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, LINQ, async/await, and modern software engineering practices.

About the Role

As a Senior .NET Full Stack Developer, you will make an impact by designing, developing, and delivering modern cloud-native applications, scalable APIs, and responsive user experiences using .NET, Angular, and AWS technologies. You will be a valued member of the Technology & Engineering team and work collaboratively with architects, product owners, business stakeholders, UX teams, and cross-functional delivery teams.
