Job summary

Network Designs, Inc. (NDi) is seeking a Senior .NET Developer to join our federal contractor team in Alexandria, VA.

You will participate in the full software development life cycle, debug applications, and configure systems, working with Azure and Windows environments, SQL, Dynamics, microservices, and APIs. Qualifications include a BS in Computer Science or related field, 10+ years of experience, deep .NET expertise (Framework & Core), API development, and strong Angular/JavaScript skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in CS or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of related work experience.
• Self-starter, able to work well in a team environment.
• Advanced skill in .NET Framework and .NET Core.
• Experience with enterprise applications and modern architecture.
• Experience developing and managing APIs.
• Strong experience with Javascript UI frameworks including Angular.
• Experience maintaining design documents and unit tests.
• Experience writing SQL queries and stored procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Hands‑on development including design docs, coding, unit and integration testing of web apps with SQL backend and Angular frontend.
• Use DevSecOps toolchains for building, merging, deploying, and testing software components.
• Develop and maintain SQL stored procedures and queries for large shared databases.
• Design, develop and maintain APIs following architectural and security best practices.
• Design, develop and maintain web front‑end pages using Angular.
• Coordinate with Scrum Master, Tech Leads, and other developers to deliver features and stories.
• Work with testers and end users to identify root causes and resolve issues.

• Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance
• This position requires working onsite in Alexandria, VA, 5 days per week

Qualifications And Experience

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or Related Field
• At minimum 10 years' related work experience
• Self starter, able to work well in a team environment.
• Advanced skill and expertise in .NET software development, including both .NET Framework and .NET Core.
• Experience working with enterprise applications and modern application architecture.
• Experience developing and managing APIs.
• Strong experience with Javascript UI frameworks including Angular, C#, SQL.
• Experience maintaining design documents.
• Experience writing and maintaining unit tests.
• Experience writing SQL queries and stored procedures.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Work closely with testers and end‑users to identify root‑cause and resolve issues.
