Job summary

A growing financial technology firm based in Wilmington, Delaware, is seeking a Mid to Senior Level .Net Software Developer. This role involves designing and developing scalable applications in a cloud-first environment, utilizing technologies such as Microsoft .NET Core, C#, and AWS. Ideal candidates have over 5 years of experience, particularly with RESTful APIs and microservices. The position offers competitive compensation and a hybrid work schedule of three core office days and two remote days.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong experience with C# and .NET Core.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL.
• Experience building and integrating RESTful APIs.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture.
• Strong knowledge of application security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using .NET Core and C#.
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
• Design and implement cloud-native solutions in AWS.
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to system design decisions.
