Datasoft Technologies, Inc. seeks a long-term .NET Developer to continue and extend high-quality web applications. The senior role emphasizes C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and front-end JS expertise; onsite three days per week in Richmond, VA.

The contractor will design, implement, test, and document software components, collaborating closely with business analysts in a fast-paced Agile environment. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Ten years of .NET development experience with server-side and web applications.
• Strong knowledge of C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API and modern JS frameworks.
• Experience with React/Blazor is a plus and able to work onsite in Richmond.

Responsibilities

• Develop applications and backend services using C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API and front-end tech (JS, JQuery, Angular, Blazor).
• Design reusable software components and patterns for maintainability.
• Write unit and integration tests; participate in Agile SDLC.
• Collaborate with analysts to clarify requirements and implement them on-site in Richmond, VA.
