Job summary

99Bright Minds is seeking a Backend Developer to design and build secure, scalable .NET Core microservices and APIs. You will design and implement microservices architecture, develop RESTful APIs with versioning, and build secure authentication and authorization systems.

The role requires 5–6 years in backend development, strong .NET Core/C#, SQL Server, Redis, and experience with Azure services and CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• 5–6 years of experience as a Backend Application Developer.
• Strong .NET Core and C# expertise.
• SQL Server experience with query tuning.
• Microservices architecture and REST API development experience.
• Redis pub/sub patterns; familiarity with Azure services.
• CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or Jenkins; security awareness (OWASP).

Responsibilities

• Design and implement microservices architecture.
• Develop RESTful APIs using .NET Core, with API versioning and documentation.
• Build secure authentication and authorization systems.
• Implement dependency injection patterns.
• Optimize application performance, error logging and monitoring.
• Implement caching and distributed caching strategies.
• Design real-time messaging systems and pub/sub patterns for service communication.
• Handle message queuing and processing.
• Design and optimize SQL databases, write efficient queries and tune performance.
