Halvik Corp is seeking a talented .NET Core Backend Developer to design, implement, and optimize backend services in the Azure cloud. You will build RESTful APIs, ensure performance, security, and reliability for mission‑critical applications.

You will collaborate with IT and project teams, participate in architecture discussions, set up environments, and document designs. The role requires 2–5+ years of .NET experience and a strong focus on scalable, maintainable code.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of senior .NET development experience.
• Experience with .NET Core to build scalable web apps.
• Azure cloud environment knowledge.
• Ability to design, test, and configure RESTful services.
• Secure coding practices and maintainable design.

Responsibilities

• Develop Web Applications using .NET Core technologies.
• Participate in architectural discussions with IT and project teams.
• Set up development, staging, production, and COOP environments.
• Maintain front-end and back-end applications and services.
• Integrate third-party modules and develop custom modules.
• Manage code versioning and deployments per policy.
• Implement security recommendations and address findings.
• Create and maintain design and technical documentation.
• Conduct unit, system, integration, and performance testing.
• Assist with UAT and track defects to resolution.
• Report progress and schedule status to project stakeholders.
• Iterate on deliverables throughout the agile process.
