Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC seeks a Senior Software Engineer for the Corporate Integrations team to design and build cloud-native, event-driven integration platforms. You will craft robust services in the .NET ecosystem, mentor peers, and contribute to API design and integration architecture.

The role emphasizes AWS deployment, Terraform-based IaC, and CI/CD with GitHub Actions, while shaping engineering standards across the group.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience delivering production systems.
• Deep expertise with .NET ecosystem and C#/F# languages.
• Experience designing RESTful APIs and event-driven or microservices architectures.
• Strong background in distributed systems, scalability, and reliability.
• Proficient in cloud-native development and CI/CD practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services and integrations.
• Build service-based APIs, event-driven services, and distributed systems.
• Lead architecture discussions and design reviews for team initiatives.
• Deploy services in AWS using IaC with Terraform; maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate across Software Integrations teams.
