Job summary

Qualifications

• Eight years of .NET Development experience including C#, MVC 4+ and IIS development.
• Five years SDLC experience across design, development and testing.
• Five years of various testing: unit, system, functional, UAT, or similar.
• Five years of SQL database development and stored procedures.
• Five years mentoring junior team members on best practices.
• Five years documenting defects using a bug-tracking system.
• TS/SCI clearance with SBI and ability to attain SI, TK, G, HCS, NATO Secret.
• DoD 8140.03 IAT Level II / Intermediate certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide application development for a Microsoft-oriented enterprise environment using .NET, C#, MVC 4+, and IIS.
• Collaborate with peers to review code and enforce standards and best practices.
• Provide web development and version control using Government tools (VS 2019, Azure DevOps).
• Estimate effort for design, development, deployment, and testing for COR.
• Participate in iterative development with sprint planning, daily scrum, and retrospectives.
• Create documentation including test plans, user docs, wireframes, Use Case diagrams, and flowcharts.
• Store all docs in government repositories and use ADO for code changes.
• Coordinate with QA to mitigate findings and ensure quality.
• Build deployable packages for dev/stage/int/production and submit for approval.
• Follow government templates and maintain a central doc repository.
