Job summary

Syms Strategic Group, LLC is seeking a talented .Net/C# Developer for the Veterans Affairs department. This is a Full Time, remote role based in the United States.

Preferred candidates have 8+ years of .NET and/or C# experience, expertise in containerization, SQL databases, GIT, and AWS, plus JIRA and a fast-paced DevOps environment. U.S. Citizenship is required.

Security clearance: Public Trust (MBI) preferred; education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

• Containerization experience.
• SQL DB.
• GIT.
• AWS experience.
• JIRA Experience.
• Experience in a high paced DevOps environment.
• Experience in large scale Enterprise environments.
• U.S. Citizenship required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains applications using .Net/C#.
• Performs code reviews and participates in system maintenance.
• Designs and develops computer systems or programs, including prototypes, based on user defined requirements.
• Writes code, programs, tests, and analyzes new application software.
• Works more independently with IT functional units and business units.
