Job summary

Akkodis is seeking aSenior .NET Developer to design, build, and maintain cloud-native backend services in Lewisville, TX. You will focus on scalable, event-driven architectures using Azure technologies while providing occasional Angular front-end support.

Ideal candidates bring deep C#/.NET experience and a strong background in distributed systems, data solutions with Cosmos DB and Azure SQL, and Azure Service Bus integration. This is a contract on-site role in Lewisville, TX.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with C#, .NET Core/.NET 8+, and ASP.NET Core.
• Hands-on experience developing solutions within Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with event-driven architecture and distributed systems.
• Knowledge of Azure Service Bus, Azure Functions, Cosmos DB, and Azure SQL.
• Experience building scalable APIs, integrations, and backend services.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain cloud-native applications using C#, .NET, and Azure.
• Build event-driven solutions leveraging Azure Service Bus and Azure Functions.
• Develop and support distributed systems and backend integrations.
• Design and optimize data solutions using Cosmos DB and Azure SQL.
• Collaborate with architects and developers to implement scalable design patterns.
• Support Angular-based front-end functionality as needed while focusing primarily on backend development.
