This hands-on technical management role combines architecture governance with practical team leadership to ensure on-time releases and high quality.

You will own planning, release execution, risk management, and stakeholder reporting while guiding onshore and offshore teams.

Qualifications

10+ years in software development with 4+ years in team leadership.
Proven enterprise application delivery experience with end-to-end releases.
Experience with .NET, Angular, Azure, and AI-enabled enterprise apps.

Responsibilities

Own product delivery from planning through production release.
Translate architecture designs into buildable work with estimates and sprint plans.
Run sprint planning and release scheduling with development teams and product owners.
Review pull requests and ensure coding standards and quality gates.
Deliver AI capabilities and integrations with ServiceNow and Azure DevOps.
Maintain Azure DevOps pipelines and automated regression suites for each release.
Oversee Azure deployment, production support, and incident response.
Track progress and report risks to stakeholders.
Plan technical debt remediation with the Solutions Architect.
Lead onshore/offshore teams and coordinate with delivery partners.
Lead hiring and onboarding with cross-functional teams.
