Job summary
Accenture Federal Services in Baltimore, MD, is hiring a senior software engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable .NET applications on Azure, integrating AI capabilities and secure RESTful APIs for enterprise workloads.
This on-site role requires 10+ years of experience, strong C#/.NET skills, Azure services, DevOps with Azure DevOps, Docker, and IaC with Bicep to support federal missions and modern cloud-native architectures.
Qualifications
- US Citizen or Dual citizen (Public Trust eligible)
- 10+ years professional experience
- Strong C# and .NET framework expertise
- Experience with Microsoft Azure services (App Services, Functions, Blob Storage, SQL/Cosmos DB)
- Experience with AI/ML concepts and Azure OpenAI/Cognitive Services
- Experience developing and maintaining RESTful APIs
- Strong SQL skills and database design
- Experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD and automation
- Docker knowledge
- Bicep IaC familiarity
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust .NET/ASP.NET Core applications.
- Deploy, monitor, and scale solutions on Azure.
- Integrate AI using Azure AI tools (Azure ML, Cognitive Services).
- Develop and secure RESTful APIs for integration.
- Apply DevOps best practices with Azure DevOps for CI/CD and testing.
- Create and maintain Infrastructure‑as‑Code with Bicep for Azure resources.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver new features.
