Clark Construction Group, LLC seeks a software engineer to own and evolve internal web applications built on the Microsoft stack. You will maintain legacy systems and drive stability for critical operations, collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into durable technical solutions.

The role involves modernizing architectures, building RESTful APIs, and ensuring secure, scalable deployments in IIS environments, with opportunities to migrate to cloud and adopt CI/CD practices.

Qualifications

6+ years of experience in Microsoft stack development and support.
Experience with .NET Framework (WebForms, MVC, WCF, or similar).
Strong SQL Server skills including complex queries and stored procedures.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary technical owner for internally developed web apps on the Microsoft stack.
Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance legacy applications for stability and performance.
Analyze and reverse-engineer existing systems to understand business logic and data structures.
Design and implement improvements to architecture, code, and database design.
