Key Responsibilities
Application Support & Production Operations
- Provide day-to-day production support for enterprise business applications.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application incidents while identifying root causes and implementing long-term solutions.
- Monitor application health, system performance, and operational stability.
- Participate in incident response, problem management, and production support activities.
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Microsoft technologies.
- Deliver enhancements, bug fixes, and new functionality while maintaining application stability.
- Analyze existing applications and implement improvements using modern software engineering practices.
- Support ongoing application modernization initiatives.
Microsoft Platform Solutions
- Develop and maintain solutions within Microsoft SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server environments.
- Build and support Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate solutions that improve business processes.
- Collaborate with business users to enhance workflows and automate manual processes.
Database Administration & Development
- Develop and optimize SQL Server databases, stored procedures, views, and queries.
- Troubleshoot database performance issues and implement indexing and optimization strategies.
- Support database maintenance, schema updates, and data integrity initiatives.
- Work closely with business analysts, stakeholders, developers, and infrastructure teams to deliver application improvements.
- Prepare technical documentation, implementation plans, and operational procedures.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and release planning.
- Recommend process improvements that increase application reliability, maintainability, and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
- 8+ years of experience supporting and developing enterprise applications.
- Strong expertise with C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET, and VB.NET.
- Experience supporting and enhancing legacy Microsoft applications.
- Strong SQL Server and T-SQL development experience.
- Experience with SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint Server.
- Experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Strong understanding of IIS, application deployment, configuration, and production support.
- Experience troubleshooting complex production issues and performing root cause analysis.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
