Job summary

Ariel Partners is seeking a senior software architect/developer to lead design and implementation of strategic modernization projects. The role focuses on .Net Framework-based web applications, data-driven architecture, and end-to-end system integration across Oracle SQL and Web API technologies.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions, create comprehensive documentation, and drive testing and deployment in a secure, maintainable manner.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in .Net/C#/SQL Server development.
• Proficiency in HTML/XML, AJAX and JavaScript.
• Oracle stored procedures and functions experience.
• Angular framework and OO n-tier architecture experience.

Responsibilities

• System Design & architecture
• Collaborate with developers, external teams, and business owners ensuring system performance
• Design data model diagrams for requirement workflows and integrations
• Create detailed documentation of architecture, components, functionality, and interactions
• Operational documentation for troubleshooting, maintenance, onboarding and knowledge continuity
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and ensure security guidelines
• Create unit, integration, system, and user acceptance tests; generate reports and logs
• Clarify intent of new features with business owners as needed
• Gather and analyze business needs, user requirements and constraints
• Prioritize requirements based on impact and feasibility
• Translate requirements into functional specifications for development
• Monitor performance, fix bugs and optimize for scalability and reliability
• Deploy, configure, and integrate systems with existing apps and databases
• Document specifications, architectures, data flows, and integration points
• Develop system documentation and design specs for databases, APIs, and security
• Ensure solutions align with goals, standards, and security frameworks
• Create scalable, reliable software frameworks aligned with business needs
