A leading energy compliance firm in Houston is looking for a Sr. Regulatory Compliance Associate to support compliance obligations at fossil fuel and renewable energy generation sites. The ideal candidate will have a degree in engineering or computer science, along with experience in NERC compliance. Key responsibilities include preparing reports, monitoring compliance programs, and conducting reviews. Excellent benefits including medical, dental, and a 401k plan are offered. Qualifications
Education in engineering or computer science or 4+ years industry experience is required.
3+ years of experience in NERC compliance or a related field preferred.
Strong knowledge of NERC/FERC/WECC regulations and reporting requirements.
Responsibilities
Support compliance obligations at fossil fuel and renewable energy sites.
Prepare and submit reports to EIA, NERC, FERC.
Monitor compliance programs and ensure adherence.
Skills
NERC compliance experience
Knowledge of power plant operations
Proficiency in MS Word
Proficiency in Excel
Experience with compliance tracking tools
Education
