Job summary

micro1 is seeking a Senior NDT Inspector (Level II/III) for a remote, contractor engagement to support a critical engineering project. You will apply your expertise to interpret RT, UT/PAUT, MT, and PT data, assess discontinuities, and recommend dispositions in line with ASME, API, and AWS codes.

You will produce concise, technically rigorous reports, communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences, and collaborate asynchronously with peers to uphold project quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience interpreting NDT data in oil & gas, petrochemical, or power sectors.
• Active ASNT or ISO 9712 NDT Level II/III in RT, UT/PAUT, MT, PT.

Responsibilities

• Analyze RT, UT/PAUT, MT/PT indications and provide disposition recommendations.
• Review inspection data and write evaluations compliant with ASME Section V, API 510/653, API 1104, AWS D1.1.
• Produce clear, concise technical reports documenting findings and actions.
• Collaborate asynchronously with technical peers to resolve complex indications and improve accuracy.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project protocols and industry standards.
