Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master of Science degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or related field.
• 10+ years of engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops NDE procedures in support of airline maintenance inspections.
• Designs NDE reference standards for inspection procedures.
• Develops engineering specifications and other documents to meet customer needs.
• Assists in evaluating emerging technologies for potential application to business needs.
• Assists with development and qualification of new tools, equipment, materials, parts and processes to meet requirements.
• Performs routine tests and audits to qualify suppliers to applicable requirements.
• Assists in implementing corrective and preventive actions.
• Uses project management tools to meet cost, technical, and schedule requirements.
• Incorporates EH&S, LEAN and Quality principles into materials, processes, research, design and qualification.
