Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Master's Degree with 10 years of relevant experience.
• 10+ years in program/project management in DoD or federal.
• Experience with Navy or DoD acquisition or S&T-related programs.
• Strong understanding of SBIR/STTR program lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall program execution and financial management.
• Develop and monitor program baselines and risk registers.
• Oversee cost, schedule, and performance for task areas.
• Coordinate activities across geographically dispersed teams.
• Facilitate communication between all program PMOs.
