Qualifications

10+ years in program/project management in DoD or federal.
Experience with Navy or DoD acquisition or S&T-related programs.
Strong understanding of SBIR/STTR program lifecycle.
Responsibilities
Lead overall program execution and financial management.
Develop and monitor program baselines and risk registers.
Oversee cost, schedule, and performance for task areas.
Coordinate activities across geographically dispersed teams.
Facilitate communication between all program PMOs.
