Job summary

Scientific Research Corporation (SRC) seeks a Navy Intelligence Subject Matter Expert II to support a DoD Navy customer in Norfolk, VA. You will provide advanced technical expertise in mission planning, operational analysis, doctrine development, and readiness assessment.

The role advises technical teams and leadership on Navy Intelligence capabilities, supports development of concepts, documentation, training materials, and analytical products. Travel up to 10% annually is expected.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• 10 years Navy Intelligence operations experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Navy Intelligence.
• Experience in operational planning, readiness assessments, doctrine development.
• Experience producing technical documents, reports, briefings.
• Knowledge of information warfare disciplines and integration.
• Ability to lead meetings and collaborative planning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise in Navy Intelligence operations.
• Refine operational concepts, doctrine, and procedures.
• Perform analyses to assess mission effectiveness and capabilities.
• Prepare technical docs, briefings, and analytical reports.
• Participate in technical planning sessions and working groups.
• Support training program development and readiness initiatives.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate capabilities.
• Mentor and guide team members.
