Job summary

Kearfott Corporation, a leader in precision motion control and inertial navigation, seeks engineers to develop navigation algorithms, sensor fusion, and embedded implementations. You will work with MATLAB/Simulink, Kalman filtering, and Monte Carlo analyses to validate performance across real-time platforms.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years of experience in aerospace/navigation, strong C/C++ and Python skills, and familiarity with embedded hardware, FPGAs, and autos-code generation. U.S.

Qualifications

• MS or higher in Engineering (Aerospace, Controls, Estimation).
• 7+ years of experience.
• US Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Assist development, analysis, testing, and production support of navigation, localization, estimation, guidance, control, and sensor fusion algorithms.
• Develop and maintain Monte Carlo simulations, covariance analyses, and data analyses.
• Lead investigations of algorithm anomalies and verification activities.
• Mentor engineers and coordinate cross-disciplinary technical activities.
• Support model-based design workflows with MATLAB/Simulink models.
