Job summary

Solvere Technical Group in Norfolk, VA seeks a detail-oriented Senior Schedule Analyst to join our team. You will integrate AIT, Ships Force, FTA and other work into the LMA Integrated Production Schedule (IPS) using Microsoft Project and Primavera.

The role requires 5+ years in engineering/science management or Navy program experience, a Bachelor's degree in Management or equivalent PMI-SP/PMP certification, and a commitment to NDA requirements. We offer a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5+ yrs in engineering/science management, operations analysis, or financial/cost analysis; and/or U.S. Navy programs.
• Familiarity with naval maintenance philosophy and ship repair scheduling.
• Practical knowledge of naval architecture and production/test scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Integrates AIT, Ships Force, FTA, and other work into the LMA Integrated Production Schedule (IPS) using Microsoft Project and Primavera.
• Evaluates NMD/SMDII/AMS data.
• Analyzes schedule risk.
• Validates technical sequences.
• Attends WPIC and WPER conferences.
