Job summary

Solvere Technical Group LLC in the United States seeks an experienced trainer for Fleet SPY technicians on Baseline 9C and BMD to support maintenance and operation of the SPY Radar System.

You will develop and deliver training materials, assess sailors, and provide formal feedback to improve proficiency. Travel up to 10% may be required; Secret clearance is required. Bachelor’s degree and Navy instructor experience preferred, SCSTC/ATRC/TACTRAGRU experience a plus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with the required system or process in a training environment.
• 1+ year of experience as an instructor in a Navy Training Environment, including presentation skills and curriculum maintenance.
• RSC qualified and NEC 1387/V70A or V43A, V16A, V04A or V71A considered.
• Must be able to travel up to 10% and provide instruction on extended periods on your feet.

Responsibilities

• Reviews Navy doctrine and integrates classroom training with practical application.
• Observes and assesses sailors during training and certifies performance.
• Prepares and customizes curriculum lesson plans and instructor guides.
• Conducts training sessions and develops criteria to evaluate training effectiveness.
• Maintains records of training activities and participant progress.
