Job summary

Bowhead seeks a Senior Logistician to join our NSWC-Crane Division, supporting EO/IR projects and driving innovation at Crane. You will manage requisition, distribution, and replenishment of critical parts across maritime platforms, aligning with NAVSUP directives and DoD acquisition lifecycle requirements.

The role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and expert use of Excel, Word, Outlook, and Access; familiar with MBPS and TDM roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with extensive logistics support experience (DoD acquisition context preferred).
• Expertise in earned value management, resource management, and risk analysis is desired.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end requisition, distribution, and replenishment of parts and materiel across platforms in line with NAVSUP directives.
• Coordinate lifecycle logistics, ensure availability, vendor timelines, and inventory accuracy in maritime environments.
• Plan and support Innovation efforts; prepare analyses, synopses, and presentations; manage DoD documentation per standards.
• Assist in planning, development, and execution of Life Cycle Logistics under DoD acquisition processes.
