Job summary

VT Group (VTG) in San Diego, CA, seeks Senior Program Managers (ILS) to lead the Integrated Logistics Support for the AN/SQQ-89(V) Undersea Warfare system across its lifecycle. These roles own schedules, data, and interfaces with Government program offices.

You will coordinate ILS deliverables, conduct analyses, support depot certification, and manage provisioning, audits, and NAVSUP coordination. A DoD SECRET clearance and 15+ years of Navy ILS experience are required.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain a DoD SECRET clearance.
• 15+ years of ILS/logistics experience on Navy surface ship combat systems.
• Experience with ICAPS-CS provisioning, FLIS, and APL/AEL management.
• Familiarity with MIL-STD-1388 ILS requirements and NAVSEA ILS documentation standards.
• Experience with NAVSEA acquisition environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the AN/SQQ-89 integrated product schedule and ECP cost data sheets.
• Lead LORA analysis and support overhaul and maintenance decisions.
• Develop and maintain MIPs and MRCs for the system.
• Coordinate with NAVSUP, TSA, and government offices on NSN establishment and audits.
• Interface with PEO IWS 5.0, PCO/COR, and ILS leads at QPRs and working groups.
