Job summary

VTG Defense in San Diego, CA, seeks Senior Program Managers (ILS) to lead the AN/SQQ-89 USW lifecycle support for surface ship sonar systems. You will own the integrated logistics schedule and deliverables, serve as the primary ILS interface with the Government program office, and drive maintenance planning across full system configurations.

The role requires 15+ years of ILS/logistics experience on Navy systems, a DoD SECRET clearance, and hands-on work with ICAPS-CS, FLIS, and NAVSEA

Qualifications

• 15+ years of ILS/logistics experience on Navy surface ship combat systems.
• DoD SECRET clearance maintained.
• Experience with ICAPS-CS, FLIS, and APL/AEL management.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the AN/SQQ-89 integrated product schedule and ECP cost data sheets.
• Lead RCM and FMECA analysis to justify maintenance interval changes across hull configurations.
• Develop and maintain Maintenance Index Pages (MIPs) and Maintenance Requirement Cards (MRCs).
• Conduct Level of Repair Analysis (LORA) and support depot certification activities.
• Manage provisioning and supply support strategy across all AN/SQQ-89 configurations including PTD preparation via ICAPS-CS.
• Execute FLIS screening, APL/AEL preparation and maintenance, ILO and SNADS waterfront support.
• Interface with NAVSUP and TSA for NSN establishment and manage ILS audits and OMMS-NG data.
• Lead PHS&T transportation planning and EC kit material coordination.
• Support Configuration Management including CSA database, ECO package routing, and CDMD-OA accuracy.
• Interface directly with PEO IWS 5.0 program office, PCO/COR, and Government ILS lead at QPRs and ILS Working Groups.
