Qualifications
- Current TOP SECRET Clearance or ability to obtain it.
- Demonstrated expertise in commercial and military communications.
- Experience in anti-jam techniques, signal processing, and bandwidth modulation.
- Knowledge of networking, interoperability, and security issues.
- Understanding of Naval applications of space-based communications.
- Experience in combat systems and C4I interoperability.
- Coordination of S&T development efforts with program schedules.
Responsibilities
- Assist ONR Program Officers in developing technology programs.
- Monitor and evaluate funded S&T efforts.
- Develop papers and presentations for diverse audiences.
- Present briefings for ONR Program Officers.
- Create Statements of Work and requirements for S&T performers.
- Gain program support and signatures from Resource Sponsors.
