Zenith HR is seeking an experienced Naval Architect for Tampa, FL or Cleveland, OH to lead new vessel designs and retrofits. You will collaborate with a team of naval architects, marine engineers, and designers to deliver complex marine projects.

Requirements include a BS in naval architecture or marine engineering and 10+ years in the field, with experience on ATB, tankers, and drybulk vessels; proficiency in FEA (NASTRAN/ANSYS) and stability software (GHS); strong communication and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's BS degree in naval architecture, marine engineering or relevant engineering field.
• More than ten years of relevant work experience; Vessel Owner, shipyard, classification society, engineering consulting.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of new vessels and retrofits.
• Provide support with structural design and analysis.
• Conduct feasibility studies and develop construction/retrofit specifications.
• Develop complex marine design specifications and documentation.
