Job summary

SBG Technology Solutions, Inc. seeks an Acquisition Management Support Specialist, Senior to provide expert-level acquisition and program management support to Navy program managers and senior leadership under the PMS 470 contract.

The role operates at the intersection of strategy, policy, and execution within the Department of the Navy's acquisition enterprise, delivering actionable analysis, structured planning, and informed decision support across program lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 15+ years supporting DoD or DoN acquisition programs.
• Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, Engineering, Acquisition Management, or related field; a combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Desirable: DAWIA or Defense Acquisition Workforce certification in Program Management, Contracting, Business Financial Management, or related field.
• Ability to analyze programmatic, financial, and schedule data.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with SARs, DAES reporting, ASN (RD&A) reporting, and related acquisition documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide acquisition management support to Program Managers and senior government leadership.
• Develop, review, and coordinate acquisition documentation, briefings, reports, and decision-support materials.
• Analyze cost, schedule, performance, and risk information to support program execution and leadership decision making.
• Prepare and review statutory, regulatory, and executive-level acquisition reports.
• Support acquisition milestone reviews, program management reviews, and executive governance activities.
• Coordinate responses to data calls and information requests from NAVSEA, ASN (RD&A), OPNAV, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor program actions, milestones, deliverables, and reporting requirements to ensure timely completion.
• Lead and supervise acquisition support personnel as assigned.
• Travel up to 10% as required.
