GT Restructuring, a leading global law firm, is seeking a mid-senior level Associate in Washington, DC, to work within the National Security Group. This role offers the chance to engage with a broad range of clients on complex regulatory matters.

The ideal candidate will possess 6 to 9 years of relevant legal experience and familiarity with national security laws including OFAC sanctions and FCPA. Competitive compensation and an extensive benefits package are provided.

Qualifications

• 6 to 9 years of relevant legal experience, primarily in national security.
• Strong understanding of OFAC sanctions, FCPA, ITAR/EAR, CFIUS, or AML.
• Active security clearance, preferably at the TS/SCI level.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in national security regulatory matters.
• Conduct legal research and draft related documents.
• Support litigation and crisis management activities.
