We are hiring! AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Senior National Pursuits/Capture Manager to join our offices in Tampa, FL; Austin, TX; Dallas, TX; Henderson, NV; Phoenix, AZ; Philadelphia, PA; Alexandria, VA; Calverton, MD; Raleigh, NC; or Atlanta, GA.

The Senior National Pursuits/Capture Manager is responsible for winning business opportunities and leading our most important pursuits. Responsibilities include strategy development, team leadership, proposal oversight, interview coaching, and pursuit budgeting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead pursuit teams and develop pursuit strategies.
• Manage pursuit budgets and ensure adherence to internal processes.
• Oversee proposal development, storyboarding, and review processes.
• Coordinate presentation strategies and support materials.
• Collaborate across geographies and sectors including Building & Places, Defense, Industrial, Power & Renewables, Transportation & Water.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience.
• Preferably 15+ years of relevant experience, including 10+ years managing pursuits and pursuit teams.
