Job summary

V2X seeks a Senior NALCOMIS Virtualization Manager to provide enterprise-level leadership for VE-hosted NALCOMIS/OOMA/OIMA environments. You will own virtualization strategy, configuration, and cybersecurity posture, coordinating with NIWC, NTWL, squadrons, and SA/DBAs to maintain high availability.

The role requires DoD-level security clearances, DoD 8570/IAT certifications, and hands-on management of large-scale VMs using VMware/Hyper-V. Travel to sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Eight years of progressive IT experience, including five years in enterprise virtualization.
• Five years in a senior/lead technical leadership capacity.
• Experience managing large-scale virtual environments supporting critical applications.
• Direct experience deploying and operating EDR platforms at enterprise scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, configuration, and lifecycle management of VE hosting NALCOMIS/OOMA/OIMA and NIWC-directed VMs.
• Ensure VE functionality, availability, and recoverability per NIWC procedures.
• Provide advanced virtualization access and management for secure environments.
• Plan and execute NIWC-driven software, cybersecurity, and patch updates.
