Job summary

Provisur seeks a senior finance leader to oversee accounting operations for two North American plants, directing month-end close, reporting, and budgeting. You will lead cost accounting, standard costs, variance analysis, and inventory valuation, partnering with plant leaders to improve performance and cost efficiency.

The role requires ten years in manufacturing accounting, strong leadership, and a focus on controls and process standardization across sites.

Qualifications

• Ten years of professional accounting experience in manufacturing.
• Cost accounting experience including standard costs development and variance analysis.
• Experience building and managing a finance team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end close, journal entries, account reconciliations for two North American plants.
• Direct financial planning, forecasting, and reporting for plant operations.
• Lead product costing, inventory valuation, and standard cost development.
• Collaborate with plant leadership to drive lean initiatives and cost improvements.
• Monitor monthly results against budget, perform variance analysis and root cause investigations.
• Ensure alignment of financial practices across divisions and compliance with policies.
• Manage and coach finance staff and drive standardized processes across facilities.
• Lead audits and drive continuous improvement in financial and operational processes.
