Qualifications

• 5+ years of MySQL production operations experience.
• Strong understanding of InnoDB internals (transactions, locking, MVCC).
• Experience with MySQL replication and high‑availability architectures.
• Hands‑on SQL performance tuning experience.
• Production Redis experience.
• Experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Scripting ability in Shell or Python.
