Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in civil design and project management.
• Licensed professional engineer (P.E.) or ability to obtain licensure.
• Strong knowledge of site grading, stormwater management, sewer design, and roadway design.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow engineering services by creating business opportunities.
• Manage direct reports to maintain billable utilization.
• Develop scope, schedule, and budget for projects.
• Prepare proposals to retain and obtain clients.
