• Associates Degree in Civil Engineering and 6+ years as Staff Engineer with project responsibilities.
• Must hold a licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
• Experience working with municipalities on engineering projects.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, WinSLAMM, WaterCAD, HydroCAD and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate municipal engineering projects from design through construction.
• Review plans, specifications and permits for compliance with ordinances.
• Manage project staff and provide mentoring to team members.
• Prepare cost estimates, proposals and bid documents for projects.
