This role requires expertise in civil engineering design, project management, and strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will manage project budgets and schedules, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor junior staff. Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of progressive civil engineering experience.
• At least 3 years in project management overseeing municipal infrastructure projects.
• Demonstrated experience with water, sewer, storm water, and roadway improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage the design and delivery of municipal infrastructure projects.
• Lead preparation of engineering reports and design documents.
• Serve as the primary client liaison, ensuring responsive communication.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and work plans.
• Coordinate with contractors and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance.
• Provide QA/QC on design deliverables for technical accuracy.
• Mentor junior engineers and project staff.
• Participate in business development activities and client presentations.
