Soprahem Insights is seeking an experienced Civil Municipal Engineer to join our team in New Jersey. The role focuses on designing, developing, and managing public infrastructure projects, with onsite work in Mount Holly and Wayne.

The candidate will lead feasibility studies, produce designs and drawings, and collaborate across disciplines to ensure compliant, cost-effective project delivery. A PE license and 3–7+ years of relevant experience are required to excel in this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 3–7+ years of Civil/Municipal Engineering experience.
• PE License required.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, municipal infrastructure, and project management.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and oversee municipal and civil infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, utilities, public works).
• Conduct feasibility studies, site investigations, and engineering assessments.
• Prepare engineering calculations, technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Perform project engineering activities including cost estimation, scheduling, and resource planning.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, regulations, and project specifications.
• Conduct site inspections and provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support project delivery with engineering expertise and stakeholder coordination.
