CME Associates is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Project Engineer to join our Cape May Court House office. As a Senior Project Engineer, you will manage and oversee various engineering projects, ensuring their successful completion within timelines and budgets. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our organization’s growth using your engineering and project management expertise.

Responsibilities

1. Project Management: Lead engineering projects from start to finish, coordinating with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
2. Design and Analysis: Perform engineering design and analysis, prepare plans, specifications, and cost estimates for infrastructure, utilities, and site development projects.
3. Quality Assurance: Review designs, calculations, and reports for compliance and quality. Address deficiencies and recommend improvements.
4. Client Collaboration: Maintain strong client relationships, understand their needs, and develop innovative solutions.
5. Team Leadership: Supervise multidisciplinary teams, provide mentorship, and monitor performance.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master’s preferred.
2. Valid PE license in New Jersey.
3. Minimum 10 years in municipal engineering with project management and design focus.
4. Proficiency in engineering software and CAD tools.
5. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
