• Review documents for legal implications; perform discovery and trial advocacy; prepare opinions on complex matters.
• Supervise staff as assigned; coordinate personnel procedures and training.
• Provide legal guidance to City departments; prepare resolutions, ordinances, and opinions.
• Work with outside counsel and governmental agencies.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance at required meetings.
