Job summary

This full-time role requires Spanish/English fluency, 2–4 years of newsroom leadership, and strong editorial judgment.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and English with strong written and verbal skills.
• 2–4 years of Executive Producer or senior newsroom leadership experience.
• Proven leadership, communication, and team-building abilities.
• Knowledge of current newsroom technology and non-linear editing systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily editorial process with the News Director, Managing Editor, and Assignment Desk Manager.
• Supervise producers, MMJs, and newsroom teams to deliver dynamic, accurate content.
• Review rundowns and scripts for brand voice and consistency across platforms.
• Act as decision-maker during breaking news with strong control room timing.
• Oversee multiplatform delivery across broadcast, digital, OTT/Streaming, and social.
