Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a senior AI-focused professional to develop technical relationships with customers building multimodal AI systems for document intelligence, personalization, and visual content analysis.

You will guide model training strategies across modalities, optimize vision encoders for production latency, and translate field insights into product roadmaps for NeMo, TensorRT-LLM, Dynamo and RAPIDS. You’ll also lead developer engagement through hackathons, talks, and demos.

Qualifications

• MS or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in applied AI/ML with hands-on document understanding and visual content analysis.
• Proven track record in building or optimizing VLMs and Omni models.
• Familiarity with NVIDIA's ecosystem: TensorRT-LLM, NeMo, RAPIDS, or similar frameworks.
• Excellent communication with researchers, engineers and business partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical relationships with customers building multimodal AI systems from planning to production.
• Guide customers on model training strategies across modalities and production latency constraints.
• Address vision content challenges like image resolution and frame sampling.
• Represent customer needs to NVIDIA product teams and influence roadmaps.
• Engage developer communities through hackathons, talks, demos, and reference blueprints.
