Qualifications

8+ years of software engineering experience, or a PhD plus 5 years.
Experience designing and building multimedia pipelines and tooling.

Ability to translate research needs into scalable data and evaluation across modalities.

Responsibilities

Set technical direction for a modality or capability area.
Define data requirements, tasks, rubrics and quality criteria.
Build and harden evaluations and graders; ensure reliability and reproducibility.
Mentor engineers, contribute to hiring and onboarding, raise evaluation standards.
