Job summary

Wildhorsepass seeks a Senior Multimedia Specialist to develop and produce high-quality multimedia content across marketing, branding, and community initiatives. You will lead creative campaigns, mentor staff, and ensure all materials reflect brand standards and cultural integrity.

The role covers photography, videography, motion graphics, and digital content across platforms, with collaboration across departments to boost public engagement and tribal enterprise visibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in multimedia design, digital media, or related field.
• CPR and First Aid certification within 90 days of hire.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required for client meetings and events.
• Valid AZ driver's license and MVR check.
• Tribal operator driving permit at time of hire.
• Drug-free workplace acknowledgment.

Responsibilities

• Develop multimedia concepts and campaigns that support organizational goals and promote tribal enterprises.
• Produce photography, videography, motion graphics, animation, and digital media for campaigns and events.
• Plan, direct, shoot, and edit promotional videos and educational content.
• Design graphics and marketing materials for various platforms.
• Create content optimized for websites, social media, and digital advertising.
• Maintain organized multimedia libraries and asset management systems.
• Capture coverage of community events and retail promotions to boost engagement.
• Collaborate with leadership and vendors to ensure projects meet objectives.
