County Reinsurance Limited seeks an experienced claims professional to manage complex multi-line reinsurance claims (Liability, Workers’ Compensation and Property) across jurisdictions. The role monitors performance of members and third-party administrators and directs timely actions to resolve claims.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree (ARM or similar designation preferred) with 7+ years in property/casualty, and 2+ years overseeing complex claims.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; ARM or other risk management designation preferred.
• 7+ years of property/casualty and/or workers' compensation experience; 2+ years managing complex claims.

Responsibilities

• Process multi-line claims in multiple jurisdictions accurately and timely.
• Verify coverage and complete complex coverage forms.
• Monitor performance of members and third parties; act on issues as needed.
• Make accurate payments and estimate loss reserves.
• Monitor reserve adequacy and update as claim developments occur.
• Obtain reinsurance recoveries when applicable; maintain detailed records.
