Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• 1–3 years of related professional experience in multifamily or commercial real estate finance.

Responsibilities

• Build toward credit approval and closing individual loans collateralized by multifamily properties.
• Review and ensure concise, complete Investment Briefs and data quality for loan securitization.
• Analyze pro forma property financial statements and resolve transactional issues with third parties.
• Develop resolutions to problems of limited scope by following detailed procedures.
