W.E. O’Neil Construction in Pleasanton, CA is seeking a Senior Project Superintendent to lead field operations on large multifamily projects. You will own safety, schedule, quality, and trade performance from startup through turnover, setting the standard for field leaders.

You’ll contribute in preconstruction, lead constructability reviews, develop logistics and sequencing plans, mentor Superintendents, and collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers from the Pleasanton office.

Formación

• 20+ years of construction experience leading large, complex or multiple commercial projects.
• Deep multifamily experience from startup through turnover.
• OSHA 30-Hour certification is required.

Responsabilidades

• Build a culture of safety, planning and continuous improvement and coach field leaders on safety leadership.
• Identify and mitigate safety, schedule, quality, logistics, and staffing risks; develop recovery plans.
• Lead delivery strategy from startup through closeout including scheduling, sequencing, logistics, workforce planning, and trade coordination across units.
• Ensure quality standards, commissioning requirements, and turnover objectives are met.
• Resolve complex constructability and coordination issues using VDC/BIM in the field.
• Mentor Superintendents and develop field personnel; support recruiting and succession planning.
• Participate in pursuits, interviews, and client presentations; lead constructability reviews during preconstruction.
• Develop logistics/site utilization plans and staffing strategies; support procurement for long-lead items.
• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Contribute to safety, training, recruiting and leadership initiatives.
